WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?
Most every order is custom. We would be more than happy to quote your project based on type of embellishment, apparel style, quantity and artwork. We do offer quantity discounts.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?
Your order is scheduled into production as soon as it is placed. Most embroidery orders are complete within 5 business days. Screen Printed orders take approximately 10 business days depending on production schedule at the time your order is placed.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once we’ve received all your information and provided a price quote it is important that you review the quote details before proceeding. Make sure the apparel style, color, sizes and quantities are correct. Since all jobs are custom, we require payment when you contact us to confirm your order.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HAVE MY LOGO “DIGITIZED” FOR EMBROIDERY?
To be able to embroider your design on an item we must create a digitized embroidery file. This is often called a “tape”. This digitized computer file is the direction to our embroidery machine on how to sew your design. Your digitized logo stays on file with us for your future embroidery needs. We do not use digitized embroidery files provided by our customers and not created by our experienced digitizers.
HOW WILL I KNOW I WILL LIKE MY LOGO EMBROIDERY FILE?
Once we receive your digitized embroidery file and BEFORE any of your items are embroidered, we test stitch your logo for your review and approval. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied and there are no surprises when you finally pick up your order.
WILL MY LOGO EMBROIDER WELL?
Most logos embroider very well with no changes needed. On occasion small lettering, shading may require adjustment. Although your logo may look fantastic when printed on business cards or letterheads, it may need some slight adjustments to look its best when embroidered. Our design staff will discuss and make suggestions on how to make your logo look its best. Remember, “If you don’t look good, We don’t look good”.
IF WE PROVIDE PANTONE COLORS CAN YOU MATCH THEM WITH THREAD?
Although we try to match Pantone color top thread colors but keep in mind there are many thousands of Pantone colors and a very limited (hundreds) of thread colors. Our Design Staff will gladly work with you suggesting color options to match your logo colors as close as possible.
CAN YOU PROVIDE PRICING OVER THE PHONE?
Remember everyone’s needs are different and every order is custom! No two logos are the same. Without seeing your logo and determining stitch count and number of colors, it’s nearly impossible to provide a credible quote. You can email your design to us ([email protected]) along with your contact info and we’ll gladly get in touch to answer any questions in order to provide you with a very competitive price.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PLACE A SCREEN PRINT ORDER?
At present we do not offer screen printing on items not purchased through us. The best way to select your apparel is to stop by our showroom. Once we know the items you need and have reviewed your design requirements, we’ll create a quote. Stopping by our showroom is also a great way to learn what your apparel options are, look at samples from previous jobs as well as discuss options other than screen printing.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR SCREEN PRINTING
Our minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces for up to 6 color printing.
